OUR MISSION STATEMENT

We are in the business of managing Body Corporates and our mission statement is -

1. To be approachable at all times and to provide an effective and efficient management service;

2. To act honestly, fairly and professionally;

3. Have a good working knowledge of our respective client’s buildings and Bodies Corporate;

4. Communicate effectively with owners, occupants and service providers;

5. Provide a cost effective and reasonably priced Body Corporate Management Service;

6. Act in the best interests of the Body Corporate;

7. Take reasonable steps to ensure that services to our clients are supplied at competitive prices;

8. Keep abreast of statutory requirements and to keep our staff well trained in changes to the legislation and how best to deliver a high level of service.
